HOTELINTEL Consulting is proud to have acted as the exclusive advisor to Pandox (one of
Europe’s largest hotel property owners) in their search for a long-term strategic operating partner for the 100-room Hotel Hubert in central Brussels.
After a competitive process, with very strong interest from a variety of hotel operators, Pandox
has signed the new long-term lease agreement with the well-established German Hotel operator Numa, contributing to a significant increase in the property’s net operating income and value. The agreement is effective as of April 1 st 2025.
Since 2017, after a thorough renovation and repositioning, Pandox has successfully run Hotel
Hubert under its own management with good profitability and value development. The new
lease agreement contributes to a significant increase in the property's net operating income and value.
Hotel Hubert, with its 100 rooms, enjoys a prime location in central Brussels, near the central
station and Grand Place. The property is BREEAM certified and caters to both leisure and
business travellers.
